Valor Times is the student newspaper of Valor Christian Learning Community, covering school news, culture, opinion, science, food, comics and the Bible section. This site holds 98 stories from our printed issues (Vol. 3 and Vol. 4) across 8 sections, written by the 26 students on our staff.

How we work

Report first
We don't publish something just because it sounds true. Every number has a source we can name.

Show the working
If we use numbers, we explain where they came from.

Argue in the open
Opinion is signed, labeled, and separated from reporting. If you disagree with a piece, the byline tells you exactly who to find.

Correct fast
If we get something wrong, we fix it and say so.
